Short Mat Aussie Rules Tournament Sun 7th April 2024

This tournament was held on Sunday 7th April 2024  and involved 16 mixed pairs playing a round robin phase followed by knockout rounds.  This turned out to be a great event enjoyed by everyone taking partand results were

Overall Winners: Wendy Kean, Mike Edwards

Runners Up: Annette Rossiter,Roy Firminger

Plate Winners: Luke Rupniak,Kevin Mace

Runners Up: Jenny Robinson,Dave Robinson

Short Mat Aussie Rules Tournament 2023

This tournament was held on Friday 14th April  and involved 12 mixed pairs playing a round robin phase followed by knockout rounds.  This turned out to be a great event enjoyed by everyone taking part, the eventual winners were Roy Firminger and Annette Rossiter with Ed & Mary Carter the Runners Up.  

The Plate competition was won by Val Jones and John Caves with Wendy Lovell and Pete Hartgrove runners up.  Thanks to Mike & Kevin for organising the tournament and Wendy for preparing the teatime refreshments.  We plan to do it again next year.  Thank you to all those for supporting this new event.
